Description
We worked closely with Moonshiners Star Huck to create a one of a kind pear sweet corn whiskey. We start with a sour mash of small farm grown heirloom sweet corn then add pears to the thumper of our 120 Moonshine Pot still for a balanced sweet pear and corn flavor and aroma. Perfect in cocktails and enjoyed by itself over ice.
